Where can I find information about my order?
Every order should receive a digital order confirmation with information regarding your recent purchase. Please refer to any emails/texts from MonJude Studio for order information!
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! All shipping and packaging supplies used at MonJude Studio are made from recycled materials and are recyclable or reusable, so you can feel confident that any purchase made through my business isn't producing tons of plastic waste on our planet. Read more about my eco-friendly mission here.
How long are shipping processing times?
Please allow 3-7 business days for your orders to ship. For more information on my shipping policies, click here.
How much is shipping?
I offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $50! All other domestic shipping rates are automatically calculated by USPS. Each order includes a tracking number along with email/text updates. Find my full shipping policy here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping rates are automatically calculated by DHL Express.
Do you take commission requests?
Yes! I recently opened up my commissions and am now open to taking on custom projects. Please fill out this contact form if you have any commission inquiries!
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, but... MonJude Studio is currently a one person operation so I have a very limited capacity when it comes to wholesale orders! Because of this, only a few select styles are available for wholesale orders. I'd be happy to review any wholesale inquiries via email.

When do you restock your creations?
Shop updates are usually bi-monthly, meaning I have roughly 6 official updates a year. However, I do on occasion have surprise smaller updates every once in a while (stay up to date on any last minute updates on my Instagram). Considering each item is uniquely handmade, quantities are limited each update.
How do you decide your prices?
I use a special pricing formula to calculate prices to ensure all prices are set fairly. The formula factors in things like cost of materials, labor, packaging, website fees, etc.
Each and every item is handcrafted with a lot of effort, patience, craftsmanship, and love, and I do everything I can to offer creations at various price points so that everyone has the opportunity to purchase something beautiful from MonJude Studio!
