Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Because each piece is handmade, returns are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Not all items will qualify for return.
To start a return, please contact orders@monjudestudio.com before sending your item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Gift Cards
Damages, Defects, and Repairs
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately at orders@monjudestudio.com if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our repair policy applies to products with verified manufacturing defects within 30 days of receiving your item. Items are repaired at no cost if deemed a flaw in materials or workmanship.
This policy excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, including but not limited to bent bands, scratches, metal oxidation, and stone loss due to impact.
Please contact me before sending any item for repair. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
